I put the old lsclient back in production and whamo everything is working again! Something is wrong with the new lsclient. I am not bashing here, I am just trying to help you out. Scans are now appening and my computers are showing up without the WMI error!
I am statying with the old lsclient until the new one has been fixed!

From the other thread http://www.lansweeper.com/forum/yaf_postst1318_The-specified-domain-either-does-not-exist-or-could-not-be-contacted.aspx
I believe you use active scanning?
Or are you using lsclient for one domain and active scanning for the other?
