I have made a report to show the agents in the helpdesk and their open tickets. My boss wants to be able to see the notes added (preferably just the initial note from submission of the ticket) but it appears that the html or css is not being pulled from the notes as they go in. But only sometimes. Is there a way for me to change something in the html to make that happen? Also, is there a way to select just the first note from ticket submission? It appears that all notes go into the same row in htblnotes.note
