The SD of an external organization sends letters to our helpdesk with a notification about the status of the application,for example, "accepted, in process, ready", which are displayed on in notes of the ticket. But one of the notes is empty, although it should contain a large text of the letter from the SD of a external organization. What needs to be done to display the text in this note?
