Greetings,

I have a report I've been using on a daily basis (below) to see how many tickets different agents are closing each day. I'm trying to build this report so that every Friday afternoon a report goes out showing how many tickets we closed from the previous 5 days (Monday to the current Friday). Unfortunately, my learn-as-I-go report building skills aren't getting me where I need to be. Any help would be appreciated. I love the results the report I'm posting below gives me, I'd just like to see it for the past 5 days instead of just one day.
