I am tring to take a screenshot on a remote computer, and I am using a AD account that having all the PCs local administrator right.
when I press the take a screenshot button, and it stopped at installing services.
then I goto the remote PC to take a look, a error screen show on desktop.
Detail at event viewer:
Faulting application remotescreen.exe, version 4.0.0.1, faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.1.2600.5781, fault address 0x00012afb.
I am already using the newest version of Premium tools.
