When one of my systems is scanned, the dbo.tblBIOS does not show an entry for this PC. Other tables are updated without any problems. I set the scan frequency on the BIOS scan for "0". I even forced the scan with lstrigger, but this PC never shows up. Any ideas?

Lots of information is returned, but there is no BIOS information. Opening the tblBIOS does not show a record for this one particular PC (and 8 others as well, apparently).

Sorry, figured it out. I ran this query on the problem workstation and got the BIOS info.

What system do I run that on?

Download wmiexplorer : http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/wmi/index.htm

do a query : "select * from Win32_BIOS"

Do you get any results?

No errors shown in the log. There are a total of 426 systems showing in the GUI console, but opening the tblBIOS in Access shows only 417, so it appears that most are ok, but 9 are missing.

Is this for all pc's or only for one?

Do you see any errors in the errorlog.txt file?
