The RPC server is unavailable vista only

Hello i have installed lansweeper on windows xp seems to be working all ok but when i try the lsclient from a Vista machine i get the following error

Wmierror The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)

The Windows XP machines work fine
The Windows 2000 machines work fine
The Windows 2003 servers work fine

But vista just wont work on any of the machines


I have tried the following

Automatic and started remote registry on vista machines

Connection tests as follows

Ping test FAILED
-----------------------------------------------
Remote registry test OK
-----------------------------------------------
Remote WMI access test FAILED
The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)
-----------------------------------------------
Remote \\c16092\c$ access test OK

This is almost always caused by the windows firewall blocking access.
Try "netsh firewall show state"
(or first stop the service as a test)
