The Web does not see all the users' On the OU

I notice that users messing and i can find them on lanseeper Web also i went "User OU overview" and i do not see them. i check the errorlog , i didnt found problem.

Yes, when the user is scanned the information is updated from AD.

[Hemoco]

The last user is gathered at the time the scan takes place.
If the user is not in the database this means that is was never found logged on at the console at the time of the scan.
