Hi,
Keep getting timeout error when searching user in lansweeper.
We are running Lansweeper 4.0.0.24 on a Windows 2003 R2 server with SQL 2008 Express installed. Anyone can help?

Removed two reports and seemed running faster now..Thanks for the help.

Most likely the problem is caused by a slow report on the main dashboard page.
Move this report to another page and your problem will be solved.

Upgraded Lansweeper to 4.2.0.60 today by following the instruction. It runs faster when query users and haven't seen timeout issue so far. But it runs much slower when loading the hompage and swtiching pages before the upgrade. Any thoughts? Thanks !

Before we troubleshoot further, could you first try upgrading to our latest Lansweeper version, which is 4.2.
