Hi There,
We have many problems with LanSweeper since we migrating to version5.
We have a network using Profinet network and users see their computers became really really slow. Do you know any knowledge bugs with this kind of bug?
We want to know if it's possible to slow down too much the network with lansweeper?
Other important questions :
We want to modify the timeout of scanning. The time until the scanning wait for a computer who not response or cannot be scanned. Where can we modify that?

No, this timeout value cannot currently be customized.

This is not possible. Lansweeper automatically tries to abort scans that are taking too long.

Ok but when you say automatically abort when the scan taking too long. "Too long" is how many time in minutes?

The service should warn you when a machine is taking too long to scan. It also tries to abort scans that have been in the queue for more than an hour.
