pretty simple, I'd like Lansweeper team to complete the translation process of the Helpdesk.
As of right now, we can't translate values in the custom fields.
So, basically, we can translate each custom fields and ticket types but then if somebody uses the french or spanish language (for example), Lansweeper will show them the English values, it just makes no sense to me.
