Please ensure that these machines have been properly scanned. The "Last seen" date mentioned on their Lansweeper webpage should be recent.
For a list of product keys that are scanned by default, please have a look at your configuration console under Scanning Options\Product Keys. If the software package whose key you want to find is not in this list, you can add the key's registry location manually.

Lansweeper must only be installed on 1 machine, which then scans all client machines. There is no limitation on the number of clients you can scan with the trial version.
