My current permissions are Administrator + Agent.
I have lost access to two custom categories in the Knowledgebase. I can read the articles currently in there, but I am unable to edit or delete them. I am unable to delete the categories because there are articles in there.
I am able to edit the default Lansweeper and Technical support categories.
When I go into the Knowledgebase Setup, and under Knowledgebase Categories, if I click on the category I want to edit permissions for, on the right side of that it is blank.
However, if I choose the Lansweeper or Technical support categories (which I can edit, it gives me the ability to change permissions for each Team.
Is there a way I can delete these categories/articles and start over? Or is there a way for me to grant myself access to them?
