Unable to get information from computers in domain

Hi,

We have quite a number of computers that are not able to retrieve information by Lansweeper.

Errors are shown below:

- Wmierror (Access is denied)

- Wmierror (The RPC server is not available)


Please help!

Take a look at the knowledgebase for these 2 problems.
You can verify with the connection tester.
