We are using trial version,I tried to scan set of computers wherein I am unable to get it scanned suddenly.I can see message as service stopped as shown in the image below.I also have started the lansweeper.services and checked but still issue dint get resolved.what should I do now
If the service was successfully restarted, you should no longer see the "service stopped" message in the web console.
Could you try starting the service as shown in the screenshot attached to this post. If you receive an error message, please contact us at support@lansweeper.com and provide us with a screenshot.
