Unable to Seach users from Dashboard

If I try to search for a user from the dashboard it will bring up the drop down as I type and I can select the actual username. When I click the search icon it goes to the user page but there is no data. This was working and has suddenly stopped.

If I search for a PC, then click the name of the last logged on user I get the data.

Any help would be appreciated.

More info: If I click the search Icon for Computers with the box empty I get the entire list of all Computers. Doing the same on the Users I get nothing.

Not sure what you mean? If I start to type a name in the User search from the main dashboard a drop down appears with a "lookup" list of names that match. Every Name has a "," in it. This is what is in the database and was working. The names are listed as "LAST, FIRST".

I have 2 accounts. One listed as Black, Greg the other as Gregory Black

Neither search works. below is the URL when searching for the Name with no comma.

Where does it get the drop down list from?

The problem will most likely only occurs for users with a "," comma.
Could you confirm.

I added a pic to the original post.

If I type my last name at the main dashboard it shows up in the drop down. I select then press the magnifying glass to search. Results are in the image above.

If I try to search again same result.

If I search for my PC, then click on my name I get all my info.

Is it possible that your license key is expired?

Could you post a screenshot of the "no data"?
