I’m running LanSweeper version 4 (premium edition). As of the past 2 days, our server has been unresponsive – and the lansweeper webpage doesn’t even load.
This is the error I'm getting in the event viewer: A process serving application pool 'DefaultAppPool' exceeded time limits during start up. The process id was '6408'.
I'm assuming this is a bug in the 4.0 release, and it sounds like this is fixed in the 4.0.0.24 release.
Are there clear instructions for upgrading? I've had problems in the past with upgrading and want this process to be as smooth as possible.
