Please contact us at support@lansweeper.com and provide us with the following:
• A screenshot of what you see when running the installer.
• Your setup log, which can be found in your temporary folder.
To get the log:
• With the installer open on the problem window, browse to the machine’s temporary (“Temp”) folder. On most operating systems you should be able to type “%temp%” in the directory bar, press enter and access the folder that way.
• Look for a log file in this folder and send it to us. Its name should be formatted similarly to the example attached to this post.
