I have installed lansweeper version 3.5.2.14 and want to upgrade to 4.0. Is there any special procedure to upgrade or I have just to run setup.exe (I downloaded it from your webpage)?

I have web and service running on the same machine (server 1) and SQL in server2.
Running setup.exe from server1 upgrade 3 items (web; service and database)?

You can upgrade it from the computer where the service is installed.

You can run setup and choose to upgrade.
Take a full backup first.
