Hi we seem to be having a problem with the User Search on Lansweeper. Computer Search and Software Search but User Search does not give any results. Can anyone help?
Do you still get "The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted" in the errorlog? If so check if you can resolve the netbios domain name, dns name, ...
There is a active trust between the domains, and the user in question has enterprise admin rights. However the AD user table still isnt poplulated is there a way we can force this population?
The lansweeper instalation is on a server which is on a domain A. The active directory is on domain B Would this cause a issue? If so then we are planning to migrate soon so we can test it out at that point.
