I'm having an issue with users not being added to tblADusers. There hadn't been any changes made to the AD structure, they kind of just stopped. I'm not really sure where to look for problems. I've tried testing on various computers but to no avail. I'm on 3.5.1. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Just wanted to let you know that once again it started working. I didn't really do anything. Thanks for all of your help though... love the product too.

Could you check if the file "helperfunctions.dll" is still in your service folder?

3.5.2 is actually what I think broke it. Afterwards though I did a clean install back to 3.5.1 and pulled a backup of the database from the night before to see if that fixed it but it did not.

Check your errorlog.txt file for any errors.
Make sure that your licensekey isn't expired

No errors in errorlog.txt and we just purchased the license a couple weeks ago. Config utility shows it as valid.
