The base version of lansweeper will be freeware and there will be no advertising in the interface

- Install on as many servers as you like
- Use with unlimited clients
- Configuration GUI
- Easy MSI installer
- Access to the latest service/website/client version available (+beta's)

At the moment I'm thinking (since I already put a lot of work into version 3.0) to make domething extra available with a subscription on a yearly basis (for a small fee)
This will support the further development of lansweeper

This will include
- 1 year forum support
- 1 year access to the online report / query library (new reports)
- Access to the latest version of all the extra tools + beta’s

New extra tools already created are:
- New remote screenshot grabber (no client software required)
- New remote control tool based on VNC (beta) (pushes the client, no need to install it on workstations)
- lsrunase 2.0

Work still in progress:
- MSI installer (can use help for this, don't have much experience with it)
- Configuration GUI (need some more programming, almost )
- Scheduled scanning (finished)

Hello Smikkel,

Any idea when lansweeper 3.0 will be released ?
At the moment we're looking for inventory software and the new tools in 3.0 sounds very promissing.

How long do u think the work in progress wil take ? days / weeks / month's ?

Greetings Barry

Hi, I completely support your decision of making a price for such nice product. I can't yet tell you if in our company we will buy it because it's not my decision. But for sure I will recommend to buy it.

For now I will just continue to do what I've been doing to help you: to click on the ads every time I get here.
