Version 3.5 active scanning and multiple scanners

I have multiple domains base on geographical locations. I am running multiple scanners to scan does domains. in the new version (3.5) i can configure which domain to scan, but is it possible to tell each scanner to scan diferrent domains?

If you use a central database this is not possible.
