Hi
I've installed Lansweeper and it finds the 3 PCs running LSClient but no data about them in the web console. Both the web console and SQL Server 2005 are running on the same machine and it is running Dotnet v2. I've seen a few similar posts and have set the web security to default. The account running LSService has Administrative rights over the PCs on our network.
TIA

On the download page, there is a "Download Lansweeper client connection test"
Run it from the server and try to connect to the client (with the same account as the service)

Hi
We have admin access to the PCs and dont have the XP firewall running. Its a strange problem as all of the Installation Software is displayed and Logon infomation but no other data is. We are running in a Domain where our accounts administrate our OU. Is there are way to check WMI permissions ?
TIA

Do you see any errors in the webconsole/errors?
Most likely causes:
- No administrative access
- Client is firewalled (XP firewall)
