Hi again, I discovered that some of the workstations were not discovered by the lansweeper. did anybody get the same problem ? in case what was the solutions or hints to troubleshoot this kind of problem?

The errorlog should be in the same folder as your lansweeper service
c:\program files\lansweeper\service probably.

where can I fond the errolog.txt ? no they are not offline. I did a test that consists of connecting to those workstation thru computer management and it works fine.

Could you please post your errorlog.txt file please.
