Hello!
In "Reporting" - "Eventlog summary" time of each event is 12H format. But when open event i see 24H time format. How to change all time format for 24H?

There is no particular reason why it's a 12H format on the main page and a 24H one when you click through to an event. We may change this behavior in a future update. It is not currently possible to manually override the format.
