We have alot of sales user who are all over the world, Is there a way to let them access the hepldesk with logging onto the VPN?

Hi Zacs,
Were you able to get your remote users to access the ticketing system without being connected to the VPN? Many times they are creating a ticket to say they can't access the VPN. Appreciate any assistance you could provide.

Hi Zac, i think it's sufficent to public Lansweeper Web page over your firewall\router. I try this options to scan some assett outside customer network. The process will be the same, because Help Desk portal it's already published by IIS Express. you can change default Lansweeper http port and try to public them.
