Why when we have a user with outside the acgov.org email string we get a system error? See ticket # 1203 as an example. Can someone give me some feedback? Thanks.
System errors in general inside tickets are usually feedback from your mail server to indicate a note failed to be sent via email.
Do note that we do not have access to your database and cannot check the contents of the ticket you're referring to.
