Hi

My org is currently using 10.4 version (on prem) and would like to upgrade to 12.3 (on prem)
First issue I encountered was 'unable to update licence key'. I contacted our server account person. He advised me to upgrade first as our version is too outdated.

I am trying to upgrade.
So I downloaded the setup file. stop the server and back up the file.. then..
The error message popped up.

trying to go back, now Error 2 message popped up - The system cannot find the file specified
