Hello,
we have checked the server options:
"Set Computers to non-active if not found in Active Directory" and
"Set computers to non-active if disabled in Active Directory".
So, the windows assets are automaticalley set to non-active.
Is the windows asset set to "active", if you enable the AD computer account again?
What about, if you set the asset manually to "non-active"?
Can you see, if an asset ist set to "non-active" manually or automatically?
May be, you can show it like the checkbox beside the asset type...
sincerely
Andreas

Computers will automatically be put to state Active again after re-enabling the AD account if under Configuration\Server options, section Asset Cleanup options, you enabled "Automatically make non-active assets active when they are rescanned".
If you would like to prevent his from happening, open the asset page of the relevant asset, hit Edit asset and enable "Not affected by cleanup options".
