Hello,

Was excited as I just happened to look up a user that was terminated in the system and found that their assigned asset relations were finally showing up. After completing the termination and updating the assets to Not-Deployed, I can no longer view that users AD profile in cloud. I checked my own and a few other users and their accounts also show up blank (says no results/no user found even though they are in the list). I can pick and choose random ones and some will show up, but most are showing the no result issue.

I tried clearing cache/cookies, incognito mode, new browser, but the issue persists. The AD profile is still viewable in classic but it does not have all the assigned assets or asset end dates as we have been primarily using Cloud now.

Is there any reason that this would stop working in cloud?
