We are newbies at Lansweeper an tested the Software a couple of monthes ago.
New we have an Official license and have an trouble with the addon functions
For switches we can not use putty
For users we cannot change passwords.
The first time we try this the Webbrowser wants to allow the lansweeper server (2019) in a trusted sites
After allow this the message appears to install the Lansweeper extension
We did this a couple of times and resetted the browser Chrome and edge witout any success
Lansweeper version v. 9.1.41.1
Chrome version 98.0.4758.102
Can somebody help us?
