hi, how can I set anonymous access to access Help desk, for creating tickets? later in ticket user will write email and name, I just would like to avoid login in webpage.
Do note that users don't necessarily need to be able to log in to the web console to create tickets. Tickets can be created via email without the user having logon credentials.
A user will always need credentials to log in to the web console unfortunately, the current options are:
An AD account from the domain of your Lansweeper server itself or any domain that can be authenticated to from your Lansweeper server's domain, for instance a trusted domain.
Local Windows accounts created on your Lansweeper server
