Is it just tickets you have this requirement for or do you need it for other data items in the platform e.g. assets?

Hello,
This is specifically for tickets.
For other data, cleaning options exists and seem sufficient (Asset Cleanup Options).
For helpdesk tickets, I couldn't find any options...
