Good day,
I'm unable to edit or delete one particular Asset Group. Somehow we ended up with two asset groups with the same exact IP range, but with two different location names. One had the correct location name and the other had the incorrect location name. I was able to remove one of them, but the other is stuck.
Clicking on the delete/remove button does nothing. Clicking on the edit button opens the expected edit window, but the loading spinner never stops and the data never loads. All you can do is click Cancel. We're not seeing this issue with any other entries.
How can we remove this stuck entry?

We will need to collect logs and some screenshots to better help you with this issue. Please submit a ticket to the support team.
Make sure to add screenshots and the GatherLogs output file so our SME's can start investigating the issue straight away.

When I attempt to Create a Case, I receive the following error.
"Sorry, an unexpected issue occurred. Report it here"
I do not have permissions to report it at the link supplied.
