Resolved! Asset Types

Please could you let me know if it is possible to either remove or hide some of the built in asset types? The list is a bit too long for our requirements so it would be good if it could be made shorter so it is easier to use.

Resolved! Add CC member when user create the ticket

We have starting using the Lansweeper to be our ticket system and assets tool.Would like to know can client to adding CC user or address when they are creating a new ticket on the website?Or only agent can do that after ticket created?
