We have assets that report into Lansweeper within a certain IP range. These ranges have been setup to scan in Lansweeper but when you look at the asset it says This IP Address is excluded from Scanning.

Hello Frank,
This is shown on an asset page if there is a scanning exclusion set up for it.
Could you please look under Scanning\Scanning targets and scroll down to the exclusions, you should find the exclusions that are set up there.
It could be an exclusion on asset type, or possibly also on the IP address.
