When an asset was manually modified, this is logged in the configuration log table, the information that is logged consists of the asset that was modified, at which date it was modified and by whom. What specifically was modified isn't logged though unfortunately. More information on the logging of user actions in your web console can be found in this article: https://www.lansweeper.com/kb/200/see-who-logged-in-and-made-changes-to-settings.html
If you're referring to location maps, modifications to these are not logged, though.
For Windows computers specifically, changes in scanned data are partially logged and additional logging can be enabled. You can find more on this in this knowledge base article: https://www.lansweeper.com/kb/398/tracking-software-memory-and-other-changes-on-windows-computers.html
For other values that are not logged, you could create a report that contains all the information you want to track and schedule email alerts based on this report. This would provide a usable audit trail. More information on setting up email alerts can be found here: https://www.lansweeper.com/kb/113/sending-email-alerts.html
