Hi all,
the Automated warranty check works great for all vendors except HP.
the reason I believe is because HP have added captcha challenge
if you check manually here https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/wc/public/find
You need to enter serial, SKU and country
and then you are hit with the captcha question to verify you are not a robot
any idea how to solve this?

Hi Sweeper123,
Due to changes made at the end of HP, warranty retrieval for this vendor is currently non-functional. We're currently in direct contact with HP for a more structural and permanent solution.
We treat warranty scanning issues as a high priority and try to resolve them as soon as possible. In this case though, as we're reliant on a 3rd party we, unfortunately, cannot give an estimate for when this issue will be resolved.

It's been few years that they are looking to solve this issue....
And only saying that the url has changed, no new info from lansweeper support to fix this issue.
It's really frustrating.
But from my point of view, it seems that it's only a fail from a business deal between Lansweeper and HP.
