Hello,

I have a few questions regarding the autoupdate

the 1st being how the backup process is being done:

My server is installed on 😧 drive, but the autoupdate tries to create the backup on the C: drive and it also fails because it does not give it a name

Also, it shutdown the DB, fails to make the backup, then stays like this forever because it cannot connect to the DB.

Is there something I must do to facilitate the auto update ?
It is a very interesting feature, and I would like to have it in production on our side as soon as possible.
Best Regards,
Xavier

Dear,

Do you mind creating a Support case for this and sending logs to Support?

We'd like to understand what is going wrong. Potentially of the application is running on another drive.

Based on the log, it seems that there is an issue to connect to the database and take a backup.

If you run Gatherlogs and send all files to Support, they should be able to troubleshoot further.

Hello Frank,
I have created the case

As far as i could understand, it fails to generate the name for the backup, then does not restart the DB, hence why it does not find it afterwards.

Thanks for looking into it.
