Lansweeper sees the phone and pulls version information from the device.

It does not pull the MAC address information, get this error.

New scan found 0 MAC addresses, the existing record has 1. Check your SNMP and SSH connections.

At the moment, only HTTP appears to be enabled. (Either that, or your SNMP credential is incorrect.) Keep in mind though that you should perform any connection tests from your Lansweeper server to simulate what the Lansweeper service is doing. Tests performed from other machines are not reliable for troubleshooting purposes.

Could you contact support@lansweeper.com and provide us with:
- Link to this forum thread.
- Screenshot of the phone's Lansweeper webpage, so we can see how it was initially scanned (with which protocol).
- Output of a new device test performed to the phone *from your Lansweeper server*.
