Azure scanning does not show vm's

i have been testing lansweeper and i followed the instructions form kb to scann my azure. but when the scan completed i only see the resource group, azure network security groups and azure virtual networks. in the video's\images of this you see that they also do the vm's but these are not recorded for me.
note i am useing the trail license if this might make this problem

The trial license won't be causing any issues unless you have a limited asset trial and have run out of assets.

Since there are no errors present, it's best you contacting our support team so they can take a look at your log files.
