Has anyone been able to get Bomgar to work out of LANSweeper for remote support?

If you want to take direct control of your assets from the "Action" button, you can use this URL.

Works in IE but not in Chrome!?!?

Close your browser then reopen it. Check the syntax of the action line. Make sure the quote marks are in the right places and none extra.

Thanks. I keep getting "The system cannot find the file specified" when trying to click on the action. I can type copy the path to run and it works fine. Is this a permission issue to launch?

I was able to make the Bomgar console launch using the following:
"C:\Program Files\Bomgar\Bomgar Representative Console\help.wregional.com\bomgar-rep.exe" "/computer:{smartname}"

But this did not open directly to the remote machine. Someone more experienced with Bomgar would have to know if there is a command line syntax to identify the specific remote pc.
