Engaged Sweeper II
I got a batch of new E6440 Latitudes in for my business and under the LanSweeper Warranty it is reporting:

Warranty: 02/20/2022

Which would be great except that seems to be some new Dell phone support Warranty. For me I only want to see the Complete Care date as the 'Hardware Warranty End Date'.

Start Date End Date Service
02/17/2014 02/20/2022 DirectLine Service
02/17/2014 02/17/2017 Complete Care
02/18/2015 02/17/2017 Next Business Day Support
02/18/2015 02/17/2017 Client Gold Support / ProSupport
02/17/2014 02/17/2015 Client Gold Support / ProSupport
02/17/2014 02/17/2015 Next Business Day Support

The Service Tag/Dell Serial is: 6Z8PVZ1

I am running LanSweeper 5.1.0.50 Enterprise on a Windows 2008R2 VM server.

This seems like a bug related to a new Dell Meta Data Pull.

This Lansweeper version, which hasn't been released to the public yet, already ignores the "DirectLine" entries: http://download.lansweeper.com/5152/LansweeperSetup.exe
You can follow the upgrade instructions on page 177 and beyond of our online documenation: http://www.lansweeper.com/documentation.pdf
Note that we use the page numbers listed at the bottom of each page.

When you've upgraded, rescan warranties by hitting the Rescan All Asset Warranties Now button under Configuration/Scanning Setup/Server Options.
