Hello:

We recently upgraded our Lansweeper and added a helpdesk function. We are in the process of importing all of our tickets into the system but the users that are associated with these tickets are listed in Lansweeper multiple times. It appears they are listed under the wrong UPN. Is there a way to bulk remove a group of users based on their domain or UPN

you can run a delete statement on the database. That would be the easiest way.
