So I'm having this new error message pop up stating "Sql Server Compact timed out waiting for a lock". Do I really need to do that huge walk through in the link that provided, or is there something else I can do to quickly fix this?

You'll need to clean up your database to resolve the lockups and successfully delete assets. Cleanup instructions can be found here.

I've had this issue happen to me before. in my case, simply restarting the server that the Lansweeper services are hosted on did the trick. I believe it has something to do with a service getting stuck and needs to be restarted.
