Hello All,
I was hoping someone will be able to help me with my question today, i am an administrator for a College. We have been using lansweeper for years no issues with my self or team. However we are now trying to create a new role for a few new users so they can keep track of assets they loan out to students. For some reason after i create the new role and add a test user i am unable to gain access to the webpage, i have attached a few snapshots to show what i have done. Could someone please let me know what i am missing here?
