Hello,

I am new to Lansweeper, and recently installed Lansweeper(web version) on a device on our school network(Wi-Fi).

I was asked to put in the password for the device, and I put in the PIN that I am using to sign in.

Now when I sign in to Lansweeper, I can't see any of the devices on the network except for lines.
One of the lines is my device, the other three I am not sure what they are.

I guess I did something wrong - how can I see the devices on my network?

After installing Lansweeper, you have to tell it to scan. There are lots of different options.

Asset Radar is like a network sniffer and will watch for traffic on the local network segment only.

Otherwise, review the options for scanning and enable some of these methods:
