Hi everyone,
I was wondering why in the contexte of Outgoing E-mail templates in LS if I create a Template (Agent update (sent to the user)) I cannot see all ticket types I have.
1) I created the template named 'Agent set ticket to closed'
2) I select only Closed in the Ticket States area
3) Then in the Ticket types I don't have all types in it
Can someone help me with this issue?
