Hello,
Since today our Lansweeper cannot open new tickets.
We used to send an email to helpdesk@xxx.com and automatically open a ticket.
Today, when i go to E-mail settings, it show up an error in Incoming mail and Outgoing mail: Wrong encryption key
We use MS Graph, and the Secret ID was expired, so i renewd it and place the new secret ID in the correct field.
But still show up that error.
Any advice?
